COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Vi har arbejdet på højtryk for at kunne servere denne danmarksnyhed, øllen som er en lys nærmest ”tør” øl . Det er en perfekt ledsager til Sushi, men også dejlig at tage med ud i sommeren.

Pinball (12232) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 18, 2008
bottle, batch 35 from local wine&beer shop. nice fresh "pilsener" like aroma, not entirely clear, yellowish, white small foam, good taste, like a real good pilsener, style seems to be close to the danish hof and tuborg beers, but a bit sweeter, a bit thicker/more solid taste, and slightly more bitterness and sweetness in the end. The label claims this should be great to bring with you out into the summer, and i agree.

lassem (652) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 19, 2008
Golden moisty colour with a big white head. The nose is very perfumeish with hints of yeasts and citrus. The flavour is fresh with a bit more taste than typical japanes beers found at sushi-restaurants all over. I cant taste the rice wich should be dominating -It has a fresh, dryand hoppy finish.

Bottle at Kolding ølmesse. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hay. Flavour is fruit, malt, hay, hint of hop. Boring beer.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2008 Bottle at Kolding Ølmesse. Pours a clear, golden body with a white head. Pale malt and some hops in the aroma. Pale malt, a little fruityness, a faint butterscotch note and a decent bitterness in the flavor. Medium body, finishing with a fruityness and some bitterness. Decent beer, but boring. Considering it being a pale lager, it’s quite good. (080229)

Skinnyviking (9672) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 2, 2008
Bottle. Shigh creamy and long lasting white head. Hazy light yellow to light green body. Weak citrus like aroma. Flavor like thin lemon water without much hops bitterness. Low carbonation and a short aftertaste. As a stand alone beer it is too boring in my opinion. Might be good with sushi as it is so mild.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JAN 10, 2008
Københavnske Øldage 07. Draught. This beer has been brewed with 15-20% rice, and I missed the opportunity to taste it with sushi. It’s slightly hazy and golden and the aroma is very pilsner-like with notes of malt and straw. This goes for the flavour too, it has light fruity notes and a refreshing citrus, that makes it kind of crisp. 2198

Slight hazy yellow/golden with small white head. Really fresh fruity, hay and touch of sweetness. Thin body, matches perfectly with sushi...

Tasted 2007-05-12. Pours white, milky - unappealing. Aroma: Sour and sad. Flavour: Very dry, very sour, very bad! Two of us shared only 10 cl, and we still had to dump the bigger part!

fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 12, 2007
Bottle at Københavnske Øldage 2007
Hazy blond color. Fudge aroma. Dry mouthfeel, light but nice malty line, somehow a sake flavor too (?). Bold bitterness.
