A yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet musky. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of honey and a very dry hoppy end. YantarCoast (1364) - Moscow, RUSSIA - JAN 1, 2017
500ml bottle. Pours clear gold with a medium-sized white head that disappears after about 10 seconds. Aroma is malt, grain, yeast. Taste is slightly sweet and malty, low bitter finish. Bland but drinkable lager. I’m sure I had this beer back in 2009, weird how it disappeared from the shops, I guess they must have stopped shipping it to Moscow, because I found this bottle in south eastern Russia. larsniclas (7067) - Billdal, SWEDEN - AUG 2, 2003
Golden with a lasting head.
Some hensfood in the nose.
Quiet bitter with flavour from hop and some bitter herb. Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - JUN 16, 2004
Golden coloured. Slightly fruity aroma. Sweet and fruity flavour. An average lager from Russia.

Typical lager look, aroma and taste - hops, bitterness; a bit alcoholic. Nothing to write home about. laiti (8468) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 23, 2014

Aroma is fresh with grass, grain, some buttery tones and distant metallic notes. Flavour has some butter, grainy tones and hints of grass. Dry finish. Refreshing and easy-going, better than I expected. Pairs fine with Vorschmack.

Darkish lager color, good foamy white head, lace. Metallic and sweet aroma with hints of ... maybe rye. Bitter flavor with malty body. Slightly bitter, hoppy aftertaste. Beats most of Finnish competitors. This one has interesting ratings: some of them claim this sweet, others - me included - bitter, different recipes or not homogeneous quality production? Or maybe it just sweetens when it is warmer.
Medium white head. Yellow body. Peppery apple and milk aroma with papery notes. Dry-sweetish pappery papery taste with grassy notes. Mid-bodied. Dry papery grassy aftertaste lasts a long time, the paper being fairly powerful all the time. Not too horrible, though. Also fairly bitter. (0.5l can, Netto supermarket, St. Petersburg. My can said 5.2%.) Senka (1082) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - FEB 13, 2015
FTA: A simple example of Russian lager. I was drinking it for the first time when I was 16, during December 2000. This was a good lager.
