3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very pale gold, rapidly diminishing white head.. Nice aroma, a little citrus, coriander, orange peel.. tasty, but lacking body & structure, finishes quickly.. fine sessionable white, good flavor but little complexity.
Un-Muzzling Olde Muzzlehatch Ratings, #97. Draught pint at Bar Cento in Cleveland, mid-August 2008. Head dies quickly over the only vaguely hazy yellow-gold body; looks more like a typical light lager than a wit...thankfully things improve with the aroma, which is very pleasant, spring-herbal with mint and fresh flowers, a bit of orange and lemon, light yeasty-barnyard notes...an OK sweet-tangy balance in the body, gradually turning to bitterness and strong dryness at the finish...mouthfeel just on the thin/pallid side but not damagingly so. hfmejias (1283) - Marshall, Minnesota, USA - SEP 11, 2015
11.2 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Hazy yellow, abundant white head, some lacing. Citrus notes are predominant on the nose, but there are some spices in there too. Taste is Tart, lemon, coriander and a some yeast too. Refreshing and drinkable. rondphoto (4431) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JAN 19, 2015
bottle @ Party Source / Bellevue KY --- Cloudy medium amber, noisy effervescent head that drops quickly to the rim, tiny lace dots. Taste is mild malt that adds hints of spice (especially coriander) and lemon, then uses an edge of carbonation to provide sufficient balance. A very light, but agreeable, brew. drjay44 (3707) - Salida, Colorado, USA - APR 19, 2014
330 ml. bottle. Pours a medium, well retained white head, over a cloudy gold (SRM 5) body....nose is light citrus tones, mild spice, wheat, no hops.....taste is slightly sweet, with wheat, light spices, finishing dry with only hints of hop bitterness....mouth feel, light of medium body, high almost effervescent, carbonation, with moderate acidity. Clean, crisp, elegant, refreshing and meeting the style exactly. Ratebeer is to how much I liked it, and BJCP is to style accuracy. BJCP 9/3/17/5/8 troyc (2869) - Illinois, USA - APR 17, 2014
[Bottle] Bright yellow color with a large amount of white head. Cloudy pour. Nose is of coriander, wheat biscuits and orange peel. Taste is nice and zesty, with citrus coming forward. Coriander, lemongrass, perfume and doughy notes as well. Good mouthfeel for the style. Quite tasty. Tasting notes from 2012.

Bottle from the shop next door to the brewery in Meer, Belgium. Aroma of caramelised orange and artificial sweetener. Flavour is also terribly sweet. Lacks a spicy edge and some tangy acidity. mike5326 (1754) - virginia beach, Virginia, USA - JUN 23, 2013

Bottle from Big Bear Cafe in D.C. Consumed during a jazz trio gig I had there.
Typical witbier appearance. Cloudy body with a thick white cap. The aroma brings coriander, light spice, orange peel. Pretty easy drinking. Citrusy flavor with a hint of pepper. I enjoyed this.
