Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a murky apricot color with a large creamy yellow-white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was tart with pine, cactus and lemon. The flavor was sweet with cactus, pine, lemon, a hint of tropical fruit and moderate bitterness. Long hoppy finish moderately full bodied. Pours a hazy orange/gold with a creamy medium white head...nice heavy lacing. Aroma has nice herbal/scalliony notes. Flavor follows suit and adds some rindy notes as well...nice bitterness...lingers to grapefruit/scallion. Mouthfeel is light/medium and sliky with a dry rindy/herbal/scalliony finish. Love these dry, herbal IPAs. eparask (5) - - APR 25, 2016 does not count
