Cask at Craft Holborn. It pours clear deep red-brown with a small beige head. The nose is sweet caramel, date, dried fruits, toasty brown sugar, wood and light coffee. The taste is bitter-sweet, wood, toast, caramel, earth, coffee and leather with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not a game-changer, just a rather well balanced and drinkable bitter. Nice stuff. Cheers Mr Bolvig. mr_h (5476) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - DEC 13, 2013
