Cask at a festival.
Smooth and relatively rich for the gravity, the coconut transforms this beer into a smooth glossy thing which is satistying and relatively unique in this country. Stuu666 (14620) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 5, 2014
In bottle at Bannerman’s. Pours black, nose is light coconut, chocolate, taste is sweet and creamy, chocolate, coconut. Imaena (2328) - Maputo, MOZAMBIQUE - AUG 7, 2014
Bottle. This is a decent porter but the coconut additive did not go as well as I would have liked. The solid coconut bits were also a bit odd. lillmuffin (120) - Haugesund, NORWAY - JUL 16, 2014

Opaque dark brown beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and softish. Mild superfine carbonation. Sweet coconut dominates mellow dark malts. Definite Bounty Bar vibe here. Touch of dark fruits adds another dimension. Light finish. Pretty drinkable fun beer.
Bottled. Near black, rich head. Huge coconut aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Coconut and chocolate. Mid bitter finish. Cocoa overdose. Derbeth (1026) - Kraków, POLAND - DEC 12, 2013
Bottle. Aroma: roasty, coffee, some chocolate, finish brings delicate but interesting hops plus a tiny bit of coconut. Altogether, it’s very smooth beer: roasted aromas are rich but not aggressive, bitterness is rather low, but you can feel the hop aroma, carbonation is soft. Really nice. allmyvinyl (10947) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 20, 2013
500ml bottle from Appellation Wines. BBE Nov 2013, so better get it drunk! Pours dark brown with a good tan head. Aromas are roasted malt, chocolate and coffee going into something metallic. Taste has more choclate sweetness, then the coconut finally coming through. (I’ve heard that the coconut flavour dissipates over time, so would like to re-rate a fresh one.) Good body for the strength, and nice porter overall. Grumbo (3846) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - JUL 18, 2013
Bottle bought from a soon forgotten off-licence during a long-remembered pub crawl around Edinburgh’s best Real Ale pubs. Drunk at home. Poured a clear dark brown colour with an average size beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, coconut/coconut milk. Quite sweet, reminiscent of a sweet stout. Body is medium, with a silky texture. Soft carbonation. Slight novelty feel to it but not at all bad. ThirstyBird (2992) - Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2013
Thanks to BenH for the bottle! Pours near opaque brownish black with a thick tan head. Smell is Sweet dark malt, coconut, alcohol. Taste is rich dark malt, molasses, dark fruit ending with a bit of roast then dry. Body is medium and the carbonation is average with tight structure.
