[cask at Cloisters Bar, Edinburgh] Dark amberish pour with a decent white head. Aroma is herbal – straight away, you can get it – then on the flavour, the sweet nutty maltiness tingles into basil and bay-like flavours. Not sure I could pick the pizza-like oregano, but I quite liked the herbal finish cgarvieuk (25987) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 23, 2014

Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank.
Appearance - like kalamata olive skin. Purple/brown/black and shiny.
Nose - spicy malt and that sweet green herbs.
Taste - malty and menthol. Get the lemon balm and bay leave.
Palate - medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry finish.
Overall - it grew on me. Good. allmyvinyl (11019) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 13, 2014
500ml bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours dark brown, thin off-white head. Big oregano nose, aquavit, menthol, general overpowering herbiness. Taste is more herbs, but avoids being soupy. Slightly sweet, but not a bad bitterness considering. Stuu666 (14841) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 29, 2014
