On tap at the Bow Bar, Edinburgh. Deep golden colour, long lasting white head. Slightly unusual hop character, quite sweet,a little boozy and some slightly corny slightly syrupy fruit maybe pineapple in the finsh. A bit heavy, cloying, strong to be truly sessionable. Nice enough for a pint but not very exciting.

Bottle. Pours medium dark honey brown with a medium white foam subsiding average. Scent is pale ale with notes of apples, light caramel, and floral notes. Taste is medium golden pale ale with loads of honey and light caramel properties. Some dusty flavors. Very good pale ale.

Somewhere in Russia: pours slightly hazy with a gushing foamy head. Aroma is slightly yeasty and bready. Taste is bready. Pretty light. Not complex. Not bad.

500ml bottle, hazy golden body with minimal head. Aroma is lemony hops, taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Not a typical UK style golden ale. Overly lemony in flavour but not bad tbh. Nice to see the varieties of malt and hops used listed on the label. Note: this was the new label bottle and a new recipe. Malt: pale, wheat & caramalt. Hops: magnum, bobek, lubelski & cascade. Bottle conditioned.

Bottle in Edinburgh. Hazy straw yellow colour medium hite head disappears fast. Nose is faint baryardy sourness. Not so steong as an industral lager but reminds me of one. Taste is low grain, faint bitterness. Low carbonation. Notthing special.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Pours pale amber with rich creamy head. Aroma plasticky and slightly off putting. Taste somewhat better, apples and biscuits but with an astringent edge.
