Amber with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and a bit of toast. Taste of caramel malts, earth, pumpkin spices, and toast. TomDecapolis (4636) - Milton, Delaware, USA - OCT 26, 2009
Tap at IH WC during Gathering of the Gourds 2009. Pours a lightly hazy orange amber with a smaller bubbly off white head. Aroma of light pumpkin pie spices, some toasted malt and nuts. Flavor of the same. A litlte on the thin side. CanIHave4Beers (4227) - Pouring Bus, Iowa, USA - OCT 13, 2009
Pours a hazy orange with a small head. The aroma is cinnamon and pumpkin with nutmeg etc etc... it basically smells like pumpkin pie. The flavor is spicy with some good pumpkin flavor and a nice mild bitterness. hopdog (13102) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 11, 2009
UPDATED: OCT 19, 2015 On tap at the KSBF ’09. Poured a medium and cloudy orangish color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of pumpkin and spices. Tastes of the same pumpkin and spices. Yep, it is a pumpkin beer! Lowering my ratings as my tastes do change ... BillKismet (4139) - Seattle, Washington, USA - OCT 11, 2009
Vibrant orange beer with a thin head. Fruity sugar pumpkin aroma with diffuse spices that are hard to tease apart to identify. Fruity sugar pumpkin flavor with residual sugar and cinnamon sweetness on the finish. Hints of alcohol, despite a moderate 5.9%ABV push along the spices as the beer breathes and warms and ginger takes the forefront.

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2010 On tap at stewarts. Nice orange color, not much head or lacing. Good aroma of spices, pumpkin, and pie crust. Taste was even better, pumpkin, pie crust with just a hint of spices. Texture was light and easy to drink. One of the better pumpkin beers out there DocLock (11048) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 23, 2007
Draft at the brewpub. This is definitely one of the top 5 pumpkin beers I have had. It pours hazy dark straw colored with off-white head. The aroma contains pronounced pumpkin, allspice, caramel malt, and hops. Smooth palate that is rich and well balanced, with flavor notes of pumpkin pie with crust, allspice, caramel malt, and backup hops. This is a delicious pumpkin ale.
