A deep orange color. It had suble spice notes, but a strong pumpkin aroma and flavor. I personally prefer pumpkin ales that have more pumpkin flavor than spice. I could empty the keg on this one!!! DocLock (10972) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 23, 2007
Draft at the brewpub. This is definitely one of the top 5 pumpkin beers I have had. It pours hazy dark straw colored with off-white head. The aroma contains pronounced pumpkin, allspice, caramel malt, and hops. Smooth palate that is rich and well balanced, with flavor notes of pumpkin pie with crust, allspice, caramel malt, and backup hops. This is a delicious pumpkin ale. UPDATED: OCT 28, 2008 Tap at Stewarts. Poured nice hazy orange color with decent head. Aroma was very nice, pumpkin and spice. Taste was similar to a pumpkin pie with nice light texture and smooth going down. Enjoyed very much and well balanced. GMCC2181 (1613) - Newark, Delaware, USA - OCT 20, 2008
UPDATED: OCT 26, 2010 On tap at stewarts. Nice orange color, not much head or lacing. Good aroma of spices, pumpkin, and pie crust. Taste was even better, pumpkin, pie crust with just a hint of spices. Texture was light and easy to drink. One of the better pumpkin beers out there AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - NOV 6, 2010

Fairly standard aroma, pumpkin spice and a little pie like sweetness. Pours amber orange thin head. The flavor is mostly pumpkin spice and sweet-ish pumpkin pie notes too. Well done, simple yet effective.

draft at elysian pumpkin fest. the flavors are all well balanced, you can pick out each spice addition but none of them overwhelm. ROGUE (2215) - Lewes, Delaware, USA - NOV 4, 2010
On tap at brewpub. Poured a burnt orange with a dense two finger white head that left light lacing. Has a mild pumpkin pie aroma with cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Flavor follows the nose nicely along with a caramel sweetness and light earthy hops. The beer finishes dry and sweet. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy with light carbonation. Big thanks to mday for getting this out my way.
Poured into a tulip. Appearance is a light orange copper. Slightly opaque. Off white head and a bit of lacing. Nose is really light with only the slightest bit of pumpkin discernable. The taste is a total 180, as there are some really nice notes of fresh pumpkin, lift brown sugar, and some spicing. Good creamy feel on a medium body. Drinks quite well. I am quite impressed with my first offering from this brewery.

Pours a hazy orange with a small head. The aroma is cinnamon and pumpkin with nutmeg etc etc... it basically smells like pumpkin pie. The flavor is spicy with some good pumpkin flavor and a nice mild bitterness.
