3.3
Idiosynkrasie (8063) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUL 5, 2012
500ml bottle. Clear orangey golden colour with average firm frothy moderately lacing white head. Minimally sweet malty and fruity aroma has balanced tart, dry and sweet notes that remind of gooseberry, yellow currant and elderberry. Taste is fruity in the same way combining sweet, tart and bitter notes. Soft palate, a bit cautious and light bodied, but nicely balanced and drinkable.

ganache (6070) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 12, 2006
Swing-top. Clear golden pour, soapy white head. Nose is lightly fruity and reminiscent of coriander spicing, though I know there’s none in there. Tastes refreshing with indeterminate fruitiness, and again, that quasi-spice, which I’m putting down as a product of the yeast; no self-respecting German brewer would dare breach the Reinheitsgebot ;-). Light-to-medium bitterness straight through. Delicate mouthfeel, but I wouldn’t call it thin. Semi-dry finish. Thanks to MoritzF!

jbrus (4988) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - JAN 7, 2007
Düsseldorf Gathering, Bottled. Sweet aroma with hints of veggies and chewing gum. Pale yellow color, white fine head, fair lace. Light sweet, light bitter, malty, also some veggies in the flavor, flat. Strange is probably the word for this beer.

3.2
Werckmeister (3416) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - MAY 31, 2015
bottle from trade with Erzengel, many thanks. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells milky, wood, grass and citric notes, fungus. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes acidic, citric, light grains, some grass, peach. light citric bitter finish. decent I liked the taste a bit better than the smell.

2.2
Saarlander (1920) - Saarlouis, GERMANY - JAN 8, 2007
Yellow pour, strange aroma, like jbrus said veggie aroma, peas. A subdued brew, slight malt, some sweetness, lackluster flavor, very plain. tasted at Düsseldorf gathering.

2.8
diabel (1723) - Aarschot, BELGIUM - JAN 8, 2007
Bottle at the Düsseldorf Gathering. Clear, yellow body. White head. Good lace. Hoppy aroma. Quite watery flavour and as a matter of fact lacks any flavour at all. Just a tiny little bit sweet.
