200 ml from tap at the brewpub. Clear golden, medium head. Hay, floral and herbal notes, bread. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet. Medium bodied, soft carbonated, dry finish, oily texture, süffig and refreshing. Probably better from tap then from bottle.

Bottle - Light bread and grains. Clear gold with a rich white head. Tastes much as it smells, easygoing and decent.

Keg at Beerdock Leek. A clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of grain, straw, slight honey and subtle grass. Taste of straw, some honey, slight grain and subtle grass. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A bittersweet, honeyed malt bitterness in the finish. Not bad but a little on the sweet side for me.

Got in a trade with The-Adjunct-Hippie. 500 ml can into lager glass, canned on 11/30/2016. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and rocky white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts that whole glass. Nice thick soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of honey, white bread dough, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of honey, white bread dough, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Very mild herbal/grassy hop bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of honey, white bread dough, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Good robustness and balance of pale malt and light earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Very clean finishing. Very slight dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, creamy/bready/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with zero yeast notes present. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.9%. Overall this is a very good Munich helles. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. A touch on the bland side for the style, but it's not watery. Nothing but clean pils malt flavors, with just enough hops to balance the sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

On tap at the Gasthof Höllwirt in Obertraun. Clear, golden color, with a big, fizzy, white head. Nifty bubbles, due to the etched glass. The nose is honey, straw, vanilla, wet grass, and a bit of allspice. Sweet and yeasty, with a very mild bitterness. Light body, crisp, and a bit sticky. This is a simple and refreshing beer, but nothing special.

Sweet malt aroma, pale golden, pours a huge white head, some very nice lace. Light malt flavour, some mineral notes, biscuity. Medium bodied, sweet with a trace of bitterness. Pretty good.
