COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Eine naturbelassene Salzburger Bierspezialität, gebraut mit österreichischen Rohstoffen aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau. Feinwürzig im Geschmack, samtig mild am Gaumen mit leicht fruchtig-aromatischem Charakter. Das Zwickl ist ungefiltert und natürlich trüb.

Hazy medium orange colour with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, toasted. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, straw, grainy, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101204]

UPDATED: AUG 19, 2009 Draught at Stiegl-Keller, Salzburg. Muddy pale orange, firm creamy head. Light perfumy nose. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied. Mostly neutral, but there are some doughy malt and sugar, The mouthfeel is fairly clean. No bitterness. Not at all unpleasant, but anonymous.

Bottle. bought in Salzburg. Hazy pale yellow color, quite quickly disapperaing head. Bready cereal aroma with some spicy notes and some grassy hops.. Cereal flavor, some wheat, some hops, Really discreet, but still quite ok. Bready finish with some weak hops.
