UPDATED: JUL 14, 2010 Tap at maproom. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a big soapy white head. A beautiful beer. Aroma of fresh cut grass, hay, cooked vegtables, and wheat. Flavor is doughy lemon, fruity earth., brigjht carbonation. Well crafted. Flavors flow and mold together nicely. Liked this quite a bit. Liked it so much, in fact, that I ignored them at the bar for 23 minutes because I couldn’t wait to post this. And they’re the reason I came here! The irony makes my weiner hard -- or is it this awesome ass beer?! gschrade (1094) - Collinsville, Illinois, USA - DEC 18, 2013
I had this at Global Brew. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Taste sweet, bready, easy drinking. I thought this was pretty good. I would definitely drink this again.

Many thanks for this BIO beer to kevnic2008. Wyraziste, tresciwe i sycace piwo, choc malo goryczkowe doskonale sycilo. UPDATED: OCT 11, 2010 On tap at the Map Room in Chicago. Wow I loved this beer. Unfiltered and unpasturized, making for a bright hazy yellow poor. Yeasty aroma, flavor is bready, light hops and citrus, yeast, some malts, with a lovely refreshing finish of corn and some grass. Something about it made me want to chew it, despite not really being a thick and chewy beer. Refreshing, delicious, and easy to drink--what’s not to love? Draft at Map Room. Hazy yellow with a sticky white head. Nose is really nice. Bready malts predominant with a lighty yeasty note. There is also a really nice spicy hop component as well. On taste, the yeast really makes this a different beer. Plenty of body on this one and a cleanness to the yeast that is really spectacular. The hopping is spot on with lighty spice and bitterness. Damn great beer.

Not the prettiest looking beer. Murky straw in color with a finger or so of white. A very pleasant honey-like sweetness with lots of bread floral hops. A subtle orange aroma to it, as well as some other fruit notes. Just a hint of yeast in there. Really nice citrus and floral hop flavors to this beer. Plenty of honey and bread notes and a light yeast flavor. Medium body and carbonation. 16erBlech (526) - Burgenland, AUSTRIA - SEP 13, 2014
