[email protected] Cloudy straw color, white head. Grapefruity aroma. Fruity flavor with citric notes. Light body, medium carbonation. Despite rather heavy reservations, this one isn't actually that bad.

Tall boy can. Cloudy with the aroma of grapefruit. Huge carbonation. Lots of grapefruit taste. Hard to say this is a beer, more like a grapefruit soda. Interesting though and very easy to drink.

On a hot summer day this is my drink love the 16 oz cans. Summer shandy doesnt hold a candle to Stiegl grapefruit radler!!!!! Its also great for making margaritas! All you need is ice, tequila, triple sec, and Stiegl grapefruit radler!!

Can, Embrun LCBO. Hazy medium yellow, foamy white head. Strong aroma of grapefruit juice. Taste - tart, crisp light body, gives way to some sugary aftertaste and a hint of malt at the very very end. Straight up grapefruit, lemon, and sugar without any hint of alcohol or really beer. But quite refreshing for what it is - I wont lie - I may pick this up again for scorchers.

Can: Poured a light yellow color ale with a small bubbly head. Aroma of fresh grapefruit juice with some residual sugar is as far remove to beer as possible. Taste is also dominated by loads of grapefruit notes with some residual sugar notes and some light wheat malt. Body is about average with good carbonation. So much sugar and grapefruit juice that it does not resemble beer anymore but enjoyable on a hot summer day nonetheless.

500 ml can from LCBO, served cold in a tulip glass.

App.: Murky/milky straw yellow with a very frail white head. Aroma: Lots of grapefruit juice, grapefruit rind/oil, not as sweet as some of the other commercial versions. Palate: Medium-light body with fairly aggressive carbonation. Flav.: Lots of grapefruit, a little wheat character, little else; off-dry (but much more dry than other commercial examples) with plenty of grapefruit and a touch of wheat.

As far as these go, not bad.

500 ml can poured into a nonic pint glass. Cloudy lemonade yellow with a few fingers of off-white head that fades quickly. Aromas of grapefruit, lemons, fruit soda. Tastes of grapefruit, lemon lime, fruit soda, subtle wheat. Medium-light body with a semi-dry and very slightly tart finish. Medium carbonation, juicy mouthfeel. Refreshing and delicious on a hot day.

@ Johns Grocery / Iowa City IA --- Cloudy grapefruit juice color (what else?), no head, no lace. This is more a carbonated soda than a beer - doesnt taste bad, just seems outside the bounds of the beer definition. It is better than a coke, but thats about the best I can offer.

Stiegl Radler (Grapefruit) has a very thick, fizzy, white head, a milky yellow, opaque appearance, and no lacing left behind. The aroma is of grapefruit, and the flavor is of grapefruit, with some background malt. No bitterness detected. Mouthfeel is medium, and Stiegl Radler (Grapefruit) finishes sweet & tart and easy drinking. RJT
