On tap at CBC2012. Beer in the glass deep golden, a bit red, small head. Very spicy aroma. Starts intense spic notes of different herbs. Finish milder, almost a bit washy. Not very dry. Reminds me of cough syrup. fonefan (50674) - VestJylland, DENMARK - SEP 3, 2012

Draught @ [ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012 ] @ Spartas Lokaler, Faelledparken in Osterbro, Copenhagen, Denmark.
Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, spicy, figs, lavender. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, lavender, figs, honey notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Draft at The Farmers’ Cabinet in Philadelphia, PA.
Pours a cloudy golden orange color with a two finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a pillowy cap. Chunks of soapy lacing left behind.
Sweet, slightly musty floral aroma with some funky yeast, zesty spice and sweet light fruit notes. Pepper, coriander and ginger along with wheat, bready yeast, apple and pear. Possible some faint honey in the nose as well.
On the fuller end of medium bodied with an interesting combination of funky yeast, sweet fruit, zesty spice and herbal/floral notes. Hints of ginger and pepper along with subtle earthy hops and funky yeast. Kind of like a sweet, spicy saison with a strong floral/herbal flavor in the finish. Kind of an odd lingering medicinal presence but blends well with the other flavors. A bit boozy as well with some apple brandy flavor coming out as it warms. This beer is based off of a cocktail recipe and they were successful in making it taste like one. Christian (13773) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 13, 2012
At Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Dark golden with a small white head. Herbal aroma with a bit of bees wax, and some spices. Sweetish perfumed herbal flavour with malty notes and a slightly bitter finish

On tap at Farmer’s Cabinet. Pours a light-medium copper color with a short head. The nose is interesting from the start with loads of botanicals along with honey and some brandy. Light fruitiness and a "bitters"-type bitterness coming through the finish. Light honey taste in the background. Touch of brandy. Not something I could drink much of, but quite interesting and well made. Scopey (15431) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2012
Tap at CBC, May 2012. It pours golden yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is very floral (particularly jasmine and lavender), honey, potpourri and toilet cleaner. The taste is honey, hay, straw, floral, sweet pear, melon and alcohol warmth, with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Interesting, but not overly drinkable. sfhodense (4788) - Odense NØ, DENMARK - JUN 6, 2012
