37,5 cl bottle. Yellow colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of hops, spice, fruit, malt and herbs. Svesse (8684) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - MAR 9, 2014
(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 26 Feb 2014) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with bread, grass and hints of coriander. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, toast, coriander and a slightly spicy bitterness in a fairly dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one. (bottle, 37.5cl) Hazy, golden colour with a big but diminishing frothy white head. Yeasty malty and wheaty aroma with notes of brioche, accompanied by slightly vinous fruity notes of citrus, grapes and pears. Moderately sweet and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. A tad slim malt character with slightly sour wheaty and citric notes, backed by Belgian yeasty spices; a bit slim and sour-tart finish with notes of citrus, grapes and a delicately herbal hoppy touch. Okay, smells like Crémant but tastes like Prosecco frizzante. 01.III.14 zach8270 (4021) - Henrietta, New York, USA - FEB 19, 2014
(bottle - 375 ml) Gold pour with a fizzy white head. Strange aroma that’s not really inviting. Kind of dank and diapery. Flavor completely makes up for it however. Good dry yeast and tart notes with a sour and funky finish. Good carbonation.

Weird beer, with a very herbal and grassy taste. Quite bitter as well, I liked it. ChainGangGuy (4908) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - FEB 8, 2014

Appearance: Pours a hazy, bright yellow body with a stiff, expanding, white head that never quite fizzles out.
Smell: Yeast, earthy nose, with spicy, herbal, cracked, gently toasted grain tones, like spice and grains discarded in a basement with a thin drip of fruit and citrus juice.
Taste: Rustic, coarse yet smooth grains layered with tastes of biscuits, sourdough, sliced pear, light banana, white pepper, and a coating of musty, earthy yeast. Restrained sweetness. Floral, clove-dosed citrus juice. Minerally. Spicy, dry, effervescent finish with a hint of white grapeskin.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Well-carbonated.
Overall: A yeast quaffer if there ever was one!
Tap @ Beer Temple. Clear golden blonde color. White, sticky head. Aroma’s: grassy hops, grain, sour fruit. Retronasal there’s pepper & caramel additionally. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, ever so slightly tart. Fairly light bodied (from the spelt?). Finishes with a yeasty and rather bitter flavor. a bit more body would have done it good, but another nice farmhouse beer from Hof ter Dormaal (do they use Dupont yeast?) Bottle. Poured a cloudy golden color with a bunch of sediment. Aroma is funky malt. Lots of malt, yeast and lemon zest. suprchunk (2994) - Crestview, Florida, USA - JAN 20, 2014
Clear golden colored pour with some yeast chunks. Big white head that is slow to fall. Tons of lacing. Slight light-struck aroma with malt and yeast notes, with lemon. Taste is a refreshing lemon zest and malt. Dry finish, yet a sweet presence. Nice beer.
