dark brown, thin tan ring. Earthy cocoa, husky plum and fig. Heavy dark chocolate, more earth, a sticky drying finish with small bubbled but lifting carbonation. Very dry, elegant, and bitter chocolate, a bit masking and stale but overall rather nice. With warmth the staleness and sweetness grows. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - FEB 21, 2011

Much like the regular 25 to One but with the cocoa in perfect balance against the fruitiness of the regular version.
