Cracked open this 750ml not knowing what to expect. Citrus Brett smell, poured and the over carbonation quickly created the huge white head, had yo let it set to pour in another ounce into the glass. Hazy yellow/orange appearance. Tastes like my apricot wheat homebrew that I made with random ingredients that I had in my home. Easy drinker though.

Richmond 19th, think maniac brought this one. Pale hazy gold. Herbal aroma – rosemary, sage, thyme. Flavor is less herbal, but present, somewhat wheaty. Just not that interesting to my tastes, but not bad. Scored higher than I really thought of it I think.

Sage heavy nose thyme accents. Hazy yellow, thin head. Lemon, sage flavor. Herbalicious. Dank and awesome. Lightly tart but delicious.

Bottle shared by maniac at the 19th Richmond Ratebeer Gathering. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a thin frothy head. Fair head retention. Aroma of sage, stone fruits, herbal notes, floral notes, citrus. The taste is intensely herbal with some dry citrus. The herbalness over takes the wood character, but it’s a nice beer.

Sampled at the Richmond Gathering 19. Clearish yellow with ring of white head. Very sagey. Rosemary. Very interesting, but I wouldn’t want more than a couple of ounces of it.

From the bottle poured a hazy yellow brew with a white head. Sour, malty aroma. Medium bodied with sour, hoppy flavor.

hazy gold, puffy white head that rings, wispy head. Incredibly herbaceous nose shows sage, dusty with light grass and lemon. Less sage in flavor, more citrus up front, light oak tannins mid-finish with barrel and heavy bitterness finish, light sage clinging through the end alongside dusty Brett. Contrasting sage, always the case with cellar door for me.

Thanks, Moll! Nose is primarily Cellar Door with some pineapple and Brett coming as it warms. A bit drier than the base with moderate Brett character.

Super fresh pineapple nose with dusty yeast and cotton candy Taste is lightly sweet with honey and citrus peel. Light funk, some cobweb. Very nice.
