12 oz. bottle purchased at Julio’s Liquors. Consumed 9/21/14 while watching football. Hazy golden color with lasting fluffy head. Think lacing until the conclusion of the brew. Aroma has a nice fruity character with some floral hints. Mild perfumey notes. Foffern (1982) - Bodø, NORWAY - SEP 17, 2014
The flavor has mild Belgian yeast, the fruity hints that I smell. The body is pale malts with sweet grain. As I was drinking this I didn’t realize it was 9%. The body was kind of thin but it helped make it feel like a lower AVB Belgian. Overall, very easy to drink and looking back I would sample it again.
Bottle at home. Bottled 13.12.2013. Has a slightly hazy straw yellow colour with a small, off-white head. Fresh aroma of citrus, grass, hay, herbs, Belgian yeast and some pepper. The flavour follows up and is still fresh, spicy and full of grass. Has a slick mouth feel, and a light to medium bitterness. A tasteful, fresh and delicious pale, strong Belgian ale. The alcohol is well camouflaged. ronaldtheriot (1994) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - SEP 16, 2014
Stillwater As Follows has a thin, off-white head, an opaque, yellow-gold appearance, and minimal lacing. The aroma and flavor are quite subdued or mellow, but one will detect spices of some sort, sweet malt, and relatively weak bitterness, and a background citrus. Mouthfeel is medium and Stillwater As Follows finishes semi-dry, easy drinking, and only a touch alcohilic. RJT ajtrupp (340) - Broomfield, Colorado, USA - SEP 14, 2014
Everyone is getting very thorough describing this beer. I'll just say it's a tasty Belgian and let everyone else get into the specifics.

Bottle: Thanks Joes: Served in a Chouffe glass:
Medium sized sticky white head. Hazy yellow colored beer.
Aromas of peach, cream, some flowers and soap, some brett, some hints of manure and filled garbage bag...
Flavours of yeast, yellow fruit (apricot, peach, etc), some bitters, spices, grass, flowers, perfume, etc. Lovely stuff!
Aftertaste is a mix of malts, herbs, flowers, some perfume, fruit and bitters.
Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium to fuller bodied and a creamy spicy texture.

"Clear dark golden pour. Aroma and flavor yeast driven and a little sweet, but with a decent dose of grassy hops (though this was bottled in June). I like the balance and the interplay. Big body warms as it goes down, but doesn’t show heat. Nice brew." caesar (7281) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - AUG 29, 2014
Bottle I think from de Molen beershop quite a while ago, no BB date, large sample, served in a tulip glass. Slight hazy yellow to golden color, medium slight off-white head. Aroma of flowery hops, slight peppery yeast, bit spicy, slight citrus fruitiness. Slight hint of sweetness in taste, soft bitterness, dry and spicy. Medium carbonation, thin to medium body. Wonderfully balanced belgian strong golden ale, in the category of Duvel and Chouffe. But those beers are much and much more easily available. Fair golden pour with a moment’s worth of white cap. Herbal, meadow, lightly sweet aroma with tarragon, lavender, dry flowers. Minor browned banana and yellow apple notes. Demonstrably hoppy, assertive, forward blonde malts in salty, mineral sourdough.

Clean, hop-forward flavor with dry grasses, gluey dandelions, lavender, green herbs. White tea and gentle sweetness form a soft, pillowy bed. Definitive dry wicking wood chips throughout, never allowing for the well-hidden alcohol to couple with the soft sugars.
Firm and well-wrought thoroughly dry palate. Not even a low whimper of heat. Finish has some silage and farm to it, which suggests the alcohol only slightly. Excellent, quaffable, confounding.
Bottle at Christianssand Brygghus. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is alcohol, orange, malt, sugar, spices. Flavour is alcohol, malt, hop, sugar, orange, spices. Full body. Nice beer. chinchill (5313) - South Carolina, USA - JUL 30, 2014
12 oz bottle -- bottled on date 31 May 2014 -- served in a Belgian snifter.
Pours pale amber in color; cloudy with a small head that soon dies down ro a ring but leaves decent lacing.
Aroma: mainly fruity with hints of apricots and oranges. Some alcohol esters.
Flavor: Largely follows the aroma: Lightly spicy and moderately fruity, with a relativel high hop load. There’s only a very mild bitterness in the aftertaste.
Feel: light-medium body and crisp, medium high carbonation. Dry finish.
O: a very good version of the style with high but very well-hidden ABV.
