UPDATED: NOV 7, 2012 Bottle at Paradiso Dupont, shared with more people than I can remember. Hazy pale golden color, small white head, good lacing. Very nice aroma, very fruity and bretty grapes. 750mL bottle, pours a very cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma of orange peel, spicy coriander, some light barrels, Flavour has been overtaken by the red wine barrels, with some slight acidity, red vinous notes, some slight spices, some brett yeast, and finishes very red wine-dominated. Medium complexity for the style, with a higher-than-average acidity for the style. I prefer the regular Cellar Door, which is more like a saison. jtclockwork (17101) - , New Jersey, USA - MAR 19, 2012
