So for designing my table beer I had to balance all my imbibing desires into a product that would always quench my thirst. I compiled some of my favorite attributes into a format that would be pleasing on any day or time. Low abv, dry finish with a light funky yeast esters that are accented with a abundance of earthy & fruity hops. Balance is always the goal, but for this I also wanted extreme quaff-ability, refreshment, and subtle complexity.. Classic? perhaps. www.tablebeer.com

Psytron (2279) - Turku, FINLAND - SEP 25, 2013
Smell of citrus, hops, plastic, fruit. Pale amber colour, white foamy head. Aroma of plastic, pepper, citrus, hops. Sour, slightly bitter. Carbon is lively and plentiful. Fresh.

Braudog (6710) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - SEP 19, 2013
Bottle, which I poured into the entirely wrong glassware. Oh well. Very light in color, this comes out with a massive freakin’ head. The aroma is distinctly wild, rife with farmhouse funk. The beer drinks with the expected cloying bite of an open fermentation tank, musty, bready, yeasty, herbed, sweet. (#5258, 9/19/2013)

Torrefacto (1675) - Madrid, SPAIN - AUG 26, 2013

maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - AUG 9, 2013
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Hazy yellow pour with a small white head with good lacing and retention. Nose is very grassy and spice driven - lots of pepper and cloves. Really sessionable stuff. Lightly funky but more sour notes on the nose than in the taste. Peppery tropical fruit and heavy grass driven hops. Wild yeast is prominent. Very nice and quaffable

0.65l bottle from Øltorget shared at innflyttningsfest. This is a cloudy straw golden one, it has a nice medium sized just off-white top that never leaves the glass. Looks really good and it has an amazing lovely bretty aroma. I get fresh grassy hints, some banana zesty hints after a few swirles,. Lovely flavor also. So fresh, light and refreshing. It has a average carbonation level and a light oily mouthfeel. The brett is just dancing on my tongue here. Fresh grass and a little citrusy grapefruit. WANT MORE! 01.06.2013

XaenDovet (1282) - British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 1, 2013
Bottle share. Cloudy yellow. Oddly sour, muted citrus and fruit, yeasty aroma. Taste is a weird mix of thin and sour, dry punches. Inconsistent. Odd.
