Strong coffee aroma. Pitch black in color with huge long lasting dark brown head. Full body. Taste is of coffee, roasted barley, dark chocolate, very faint vanilla. Rune (14055) - Tromsø, NORWAY - FEB 5, 2018
355ml can from Vinmonopolet Langnes. The oily pour reveals an espresso head reduced to a stable layer. Pitch black body. Crocheted lacing. Creamy mid-sweet chocolate aromas with a touch of leather. Rich taste of chocolate, burnt sugar, oak, and molasses alongside a twist of dark fruits. Warming, long-lived, nicely roasted ending. Full bodied. Decent night cap.(Tromsø 04.02.2018). rob19a (564) - - FEB 2, 2018
15/20 seemed pretty decent - plenty of molasses and big taste. just hard to really taste it when it's served so cold at Brewdog Estebanik (1389) - Lublin, POLAND - JAN 23, 2018
Piana beżowa, średnio wysoka, opadając lekko zdobi szkło. W aromacie gorzka czekolada, czekoladowe wafelki, wyraźny alkohol.
UPDATED: FEB 9, 2018 Tap at Brewdog Flagship. Looks menacing. All black and broody with a minimal tan ring leaving the glass. Aromas have a deep roast, edging on charred with a huge treacly toffee smack. Boozy vapour. It's really quite special. Taste had heaps of treacle and chocolate with that charred roast keeping the controlling bitterness high. It has a smooth full body with a low, prickly, dry carbonation. So deeply roasted you almost get a burning embers sensation of heat. Decadently smooth and sticky Imperial stout.

Wickedly decadent stout, full of dark chocolate syrup and anise and black cherry and espresso, with a campfire burning in the distance and a dry bitter chocolate finish that steadfastly refuses to grow cloy. Pours a thick, oozing black with a dark brown head and spotty lacing. Chocolate, smoke, and a little leather on the nose. How a 13% beer can be this creamy and easy-drinkin’ is baffling. Glorious pint. DrSilverworm (10000) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 8, 2018
10/27/2016 -- from notes: 12oz can. Canned 08/16/16. Pitch black color. Bigger brown head. Great lace. Amazing huge chewy thick texture. Very full, creamy, chewy body. Like a milk shake. Bigger bitter taste, light bite to it. Light to moderate sweet. Nice dryness. Big earthy character, roast malt, dark chocolate, little dark fruit. Mild ashy. Pretty fun big chewy imperial stout, but gets a little slick and heavy towards the end. Could be a fun one to take camping -- I'm glad something like this exists in a can. ibrubeer (432) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - JAN 6, 2018

Can at home, from Oslo, 7th December 17. Pours black, there's a head. Aroma is liquorice, booze, dark chocolate. Taste is boozy, liquorice, dark chocolate, malt, roasty. Slightly over carbonated to start with. Not bad, a little boozy. amEIREcan (9) - - DEC 6, 2017 does not count
