A: Pours a hazy straw color. There’s about one fingers worth of creamy, white-colored head, as well. Lacing is really beautiful.
S: This is very sage-forward. Buried underneath that note is a solid undercurrent of orange peel. I wouldn’t really consider it complex, but it sure is evocative the way the aroma balances itself between these two notes.
T: The opening flavors are quite spicy, with additional notes of coriander to go along with all of that white sage. Further sips help to accentuate a wonderful tone of orange peel, also. There’s also a bit more complexity than the aroma suggested (subtle notes of apricot, cream, and wheat show up). This brew is really about the excellent sage and citrus peel character, however.
M: Initial heftiness is a tad much, however the finish helps to alleviate this with its crisp, clean finish. Carbonation is high, par for the style.
O: Subjectively, saisons are pretty hit-and-miss for me. I’d easily call this a ’hit’ though, thanks to its balance between drinkability and good (but not great) complexity.
Draft keg at Brewdog Shepherd's Bush. Straw coloured appearance with a slight white head. Almost a slight hint of wheat in the nose, light citrus and spices. Nice and refreshing

Can, Legacy. Cloudy and relatively pale, with a fairly large and frothy head. On the nose, a bit of dusty yeast, some light sage (this might be the first time I've had a sage beer where the sage didn't overpower everything). Hefty malt profile, and a touch of alcohol and herbal hoppiness in the finish. The sage is more pronounced on the palate, and the body is thinner than expected. Keg at Brewdog, Clapham J. Fruity aroma with a hint of the sea. A hazy light amber. Thick creamy head. Initial burst of sweetness before the herbs come through and into the finish. Medium bodied. Creamy. Soft carbonation. Long dry finish. Enjoyable. I'm not overly keen on herbs but it works well here.

Medium aroma of malts, caramel, fruit, hops, spices, brettanomyces.
Turbid golden/amber beer with medium yeast and a slight off-white head.
Starts medium sweet with malts, caramel and fruit; ends slightly bitter and dry with hops, spices and brettanomyces.

Appearance - cloudy yellow. Thin head.
Nose - orange or apricot with some resin which possibly engulfs the sage. And that’s definitely not a bad thing.
Taste - more apricot and light herb. Overripe fruit and light spice.
Palate - medium bodied and tangy. Tangy finish.
Overall - good.
