I’m loving this! Hands down one of the best belgian whites I’ve had in a while. Tons of sage aroma with plenty of the Belgian yeast esters. Not to mention, it has a nice wheat character that’s not over powering. It almost has a faint tartness. This is great! Yum! Would love to try the sour version...
Hiper refrescante postgusto a hierbas. Deliciosa. LesArgen (356) - AUSTRALIA - MAY 6, 2017
It has a strong aroma of orange peel plus lemon and coriander. The hops dominate over the top of more traditional farmhouse flavours and there’s a very warm alcohol aftertaste that lingers in the back of the throat. EvanFriend (578) - Pennsylvania, USA - APR 24, 2017
This is a beer that would benefit heavily from scaling the hops back by at least half. Tropical hop notes dominate the flavor to the point where anything else struggles to get through at all. There are more complex flavors underneath those hops, but they’re faint to the point where they’re hard to identify. This has potential, but it’s overhopped to the point that it’s ruined. Golden light hazy with a frothy white head. Aromas of sage are dominant with some notes of barnyard, wheat and light funk which could all be more balanced. Light tangy, bit slick with a medium body. Briskly sweet rolling over the palate with a light acidity and light bitterness combined with a pronounced sage flavour. Medium lasting finish. john44 (3048) - SW London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 22, 2017
