UPDATED: DEC 30, 2014 Keg at Craft Clerko. It pours clear gold with a medium white. The nose is fresh, floral, lemon peel, grapefruit, juicy, straw and sherbet. The taste is crisp, bitter, straw, peppery, lemon peel, grapefruit rind, floral, spice and some minerals with a dry, citrussy finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp and crushable. Refreshingly refreshing.

I’d call this a Belgian blonde or maybe a saison or something. It’s cloudy yellow with a fairly long lasting head of white foam. Its nose is quite yeasty, floral with some lemon zest which implies tartness. This is light but creamy on the palate and this texture brings out a banana note from the yeast. This is a light and refreshing but full flavored beer that finishes with some lingering fruit and earthy bitterness. If you like light hoppy Belgian beers, this will be right up your alley, really a great beer.

0.355l can. This is a good looking kinda yellow orange really cloudy looking one with a tall almost fluffy really lacing white head. Smells quite nice this. Lots of wheat sweetness combined with yeast, mild lemon, straws and apples. Yeah, nice. Tastes nice also. Nothing extraordinary, but really drinkable. Wheaty and kinda herbal in a way. Dryish in a way. Almost a little mineralish. Feels nice and light oily in the mouth while the bubbles are about average. A slightly acidic hint is also present. Mild yeast dry finish and aftertaste. Refreshing in the steaming sun. 20.06.2014

Can at percy street with Al, notes are lots of Brett, cherry, wood, and hops. Lighter to medium in body. I dig the finish in this can.

Can poured a hazy yellow loaded w/ small particles and a huge fizzy white head diminishing to a ring. Big lemon and grapefruit citrus aroma. Initial flavor is light sour w/ a bold bitter finish. Tastes are white grapefruit, pith, grass, lemon, and white pepper. Medium bodied and a dry finish.

Stoned99 (1553) - St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 5, 2014
Can from Waterbury Beverage Warehouse. Aroma: citrus, grapefruit, some floral notes, cereal smell like a typical pilsner malt smell and maybe Belgian yeast.. App: clear pale yellow with small head and some lacing. Taste and palate: medium body, lively carbonation, a tad watery, light sweetness with long bitter finish. Overall: Wasn’t expecting much but wow what a great surprise. Really enjoy the bitter finish of this one, even leaves a salty taste on the tongue.
