Single can apparently canned 12/23/15 so exactly 5 months old, into a stange.
A: Attack of the 50 foot head! Busy carbonation feeding the head. Clear light gold color with good lacing but honestly if this shit wont lace, nothing will.
S: Fresh crisp leafy apple scent. A little grain also.
T: No fruit which is what I expected but dry musty flavor. A bit of under-ripe pear tartness at the back but no sweetness. Apple/pear is a bit more prominent as it warms.
M: Very crisp and light with dry tart finish.
O: I found this overly heady and not terribly tasty. Nice scent and feel not enough to save it. chucklemation (1798) - Royal Oak, Michigan, USA - MAY 18, 2016
Pours a hazy yellow with a pillowy white foam head. Aroma is herbal and earthy hops along with some sweet grain malts and a saison-like yeast aroma. Flavor is herbal and citrus, and the same yeast taste. Has a well-carbonated body with some bitterness. A lot better than the description indicates - I like it. On tap at Vermont Tap house.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt yellow color with a light transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace to fill a slim finger’s worth of quickly dissipating head.
The smell had some sweet corn up front, a Belgian sweet sugary malt, some lemon pulp and some white pepper. Slight Belgian yeastiness (breadiness).
The taste was mainly the same with a semi-dry sweet aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation feels good. Some stickiness to the tongue, but nothing overbearing.
Overall, saison, eh, maybe, hmmm...there’s some Belgian aspects going on, so I guess I can see it for the most part. oldrtybastrd (5228) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 9, 2016

A nice saison. Sweet aroma, some barnyard funk. Taste is grain, sweet corn; some malt. Palate is full, wet, and smooth, slightly crisp. Refreshing, and very drinkable. ByTheirLimpin (321) - New York, USA - APR 19, 2016
Can to pilsner. Pours an appropriate corny yellow with a slight cloudiness. Head is soapy foam. Nose and palate go hand in hand. Corn, malt, straight forward all American beer. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Best corn beer I’ve put my lips on. shadey (2171) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - APR 16, 2016
12oz can. Pours a hazy, yet bright yellow gold. Head is tiny white bubbles supported by lots of effervescence. Aroma is sweet cereal grains and grassy hops. Flavors are clean and crisp, but a little residual sweetness. Pretty decent, but real deal European style pilsner is still better. kryon (3930) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - APR 16, 2016
