Can @ The BeerMongers... Poured pale, hazy yellow with a thick forming, frothy white head. This was a nice drinking lager. Sort of drying, but ultimately very refreshing with a prominent yeast spice character in the finish. Some husky, grainy, maybe rice-like tones, but clean. Low bitterness on this one too and with 4.5% it is a great session. MikeJslc (778) - Alabama, USA - OCT 24, 2013
Pale gold, clear, thin off white head. Aroma of grainy, corn-like malt, light spice. Flavor is grainy and earthy, spicy, dry finish.

Very hazy yellow coloured beer with a sticky.clingy white head.
Aroma has phenolics, over ripe pear,roses,..unusual and unexpected!
Taste us different again very "bubbly",some spice, pepper and a bit of bitter apple, good but not as good as the aroma!
mouth feel is overall thin very dry tangy ginger root end!
weird beer a meld of different styles..still OK in my book. rdixon77 (3141) - Georgia, USA - NOV 20, 2013
Decided this would be a great Football beer. Low abv, drinkable, tasty, and cool. Straw pour. Aroma of peppery yeast with pear, lemon, and some corn pilsner pale malts. Taste was nice and mellow adding some banana and clove flavor. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. TheBeerGod (6306) - Newport News, Virginia, USA - NOV 22, 2013
Can. Hazy blond with a tall, foamy white head. Aroma is strong floral hops, sweet malt, soft corn notes, light grains and herbal hops. Taste reinforces the floral hops along with more herbal hops, soft citrus, corn notes, sweet malt, grains and sourdough bread notes. Body is light-medium with a bubbly carbonation and lingering hop bitterness. Ends with big floral hops, citrus, herbal hops, earthy notes, corn, sweet malt, bread dough and grains.

Pours a lightly hazy golden with a large foamy white head that left sticky lacing. Aroma of spicy saison yeast, lots of citrusy hop notes some floral and tropical fruits. Smells like a hoppy saison. Flavor of honey, corn, very dry, some bubblegum and spicy saison notes. The citrusy hop notes as there but not as prominent as they are in the nose. Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a large pure white bubbly head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of light rustic malt notes with some dry hoppy notes. Taste is also dominated by rustic malt notes with light dry ester and some bready yeast notes are also noticeable. Body is light with great carbonation. Very much enjoyable if maybe a bit short on the complexity notes with great drinkability level. ronaldtheriot (2057) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - FEB 15, 2014
Stillwater Classique has a very thick, foamy, off-white head, a hazy, bubbly, yellow appearance, and a good amount of lacing left behind. The aroma is of pungent, sweet, zesty, spiced bread, and the flavor is the same, with low bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium, and Stillwater Classique finishes semi-dry, refreshing, easy going, and highly drinkable. No better or worse than any other farmhouse ale I have had. Good stuff, though. Draft at Hot and Soul in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Pours a golden hazy yellow with a medium white head. Lacing throughout. Great aroma of lemon, lemongrass, grass, cereal and biscuits. Taste is similar with notes of lemon, flowers, and wet grasses. Light body, easy to drink. Finish is floral and citrus with a hint of funk.
