Super cloudy pale straw yellow with a few inches bright white head. Very creamy aroma, floral hops, pepper, sour lager and Belgian yeasts too. Lively carbonation, thin mouthfeel, crisp dry finish. Belgian yeasts in the taste, leaning more peppery, grapefruit and/or citrus rind too, lots of lemon. Refreshing, citrusy Belgian that’s light. Definitely a keeper.

Weizenesque Saison. Great can art, fun to drink, if ending a bit prematurely. Yeasty, some grain, wheat and a dry finish.

Hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma is earth and grass with some lemon. The flavor has a hint of the lemon and peppery hops. Dry and refreshingly. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz can pours hazy pale orange yellow with 2 fingers of thin foam. Nose is dough, light spice and fruity yeast, corn, subtle piney lemon. Tate is sinilar with medium bodied mouthfeel and a crisp finish of earthy grains, sourdough, corn, subtle citrus.

Can. It’s an unclear, orange-colored beer with a creamy, finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is faintly spiced and quite citrusy, not much maltyness going on. Some resiny, grassy notes too. It’s full-bodied and soft on the palate, quite dry too. Flavorwise it’s just like drinking a saison, with the yeastyness, spicyness and citrusy flavors. Pine cones and bitterness, lasting for a good while. Can’t say I really catch this one, but it’s sure a fine and refreshing one. 140621

Draft on tap at The Bridge (St Louis, MO). Pours a hazy golden orange hue, a bit dulled in the middle with some nice glow on the edges. Frothy offwhite head sits atop and laces ok. Aromas are a bit fruity, apple and rustic grains, a bit of crusty bread, spicy yeast and a bit of gentle funk, earthiness. Initial is a bit fruity, gentle fuzziness and mellow yeast. Touches of fruit, gentle estery and tree fruit. A bit of warmth, some gentle pear and melon, faint bubblegum. Backend is a bit of spice, faint soap and citrus. Mellow yeast, bready malt and a bit of honeycrisp. Finish is smooth, cool, and fruity. Not bad.

From can. Cloudy yellow with soapy white head. Soapy, lemony and slightly banana aroma. Tastes like a fancy PBR, sweetness from corn and rice with a good showing of Pilsner malt. Some grassy hops. Overall a very good summer thirst quencher. It's fairly carbonated so it helps cleans your mouth out if you've been working outside. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale gold, beautiful white head. Aroma is yeast, lemon, and hints of corn and floral hops. Tastes like a much smoother, rounder pilsener with yeast and lemony flavors. Smooth and tasty but not super exciting.

Pours a hazy pale yellow and is topped by a small white rim that leaves good lacing. Nose is of coriander (oranges, perfumey spices) and pepper. Taste is of fruits and pepper, no sweetness at all. Body is light, carbonation high. Overall this was really reminescent of a witbier more than anything, quite nice!
