Stillwater IPA? WTF, right? Well truth be told we love a good IPA just as much as the next guy and besides, whats more contemporary then a American IPA? The lean base of Pilsner malt with the lightest touch of caramel support this high definition blend of 5 different hops gathered from all over the world. Bright citrus, stone fruit, pine, earth, dank, and crisp.

Excalibur123 (544) - Soria, SPAIN - AUG 2, 2017

Sample at Kurtkeller 026: Summer-tastic 01 on 06/25/2017. Hazy golden color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Koelschtrinker (22493) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 9, 2017
Mittellanger, leicht klebriger Nachhall. 9/9/10/9/7/9

This is a big mutha. Big, stone fruit and mango hop notes, caramel and toffee full body. Doesn’t quite hit the mark, but a good IPA non the less.
