Bottle. Slightly unclear golden body with a huge, creamy white head. Very pleasant aroma of spices and herbs including oregano with malt and fruit. Flavor is medium sweet malt, fruity, spicy, herbal and some yeast. Medium body and smooth aftertaste in the same direction. An interesting, original and well balanced beer. Highly enjoyable.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2017 Flot højt skum. Malt og rugbrød i næsen. Bitter og meget maltet. Mangler humle til min smag.

Old bottle. Pours the most unappealing impression of diarrhea that I've seen. Quickly dissipating white head, lasts perhaps two seconds. Barely set typical nose. In the mouth pretty light. A touch tart, a bit of sour Yang. Finishes with a sweet melon or lollipop flavor. It's curious. Not undrinkable, but didn't really inspire me to revisit it either.

A hazy dark yellow beer with a large, frothy white head. Mild nose with notes of wheat and mild spices. Dry, quite tart flavor with a lingering mild sourness. High carbonation and light on the palate. Quite nice beer but could use a lot more aroma from the yeast. This bottle was quite old and it seems that something made it turn into a sour beer.

37,5 cl bottle, shared. Bottle opens with a big bang and a serious flying cork. Suprisingly there is no gusher. Aroma: SKunk, grains, watermelon, hint of funk. Taste: Light sweet, light bitter, Grainy, skunk, herbal hops, yeast,,cilantro, soap, some sour funky tones. Medium body, slick texture, slightly above average carbonation (but not annoying) Not a perfect beer, but quite interesting even while on first sight it made seem a bit basic. Clearly a farmhouse ale feel to it.

Bottle. Pours a lightly hazy orange with a thin lacy off white bubbly head. Aroma is of melon, gooseberry, white grapes, lightly tart, grassy. Taste is of bread, citrus, grassy, orange, hint of honey. Oily mouthfeel, medium to hard carbonation.

Pours a golden orange with a small white head. Aromas of citrus/ginger. Almost took an eye out with the cork. This thing packed a lot of pressure.
