On tap at Churchkey.
Pours a clear golden straw color with a nice single finger white head. Nice retention and a good bit of spotty lacing as it goes down, eventually falling to a thin cap and collar.
The nose starts with some beautiful floral and herbal notes, followed up by a touch of soft, light malt. The flavor continues with the same points of emphasis, adding in a nice touch of bitterness through the back end and finish. The bitterness is nice and lingering. Impressive.
Light body with moderate carbonation. Crisp and clean. There’s a touch of malt followed by solid bitterness. Great drinkability and subtle complexity. Great spice utilization. Highly recommended.
