Dark black color, small brownish head. Light red wineous aroma, some toasted notes. Medium-bodied. Tart red wineous flavors, barrel earthyness. Toasted notes. Close but no cigar.
Stout? With brett and red wine barrel? Dark brown with a light brown head. Lasting. Nice flavor, red wine, lots of it, vanilla, and acid. Flavor is a bit unharmonic, more red wine, roasted notes too, acid. Astringent.

500ml bottle, black color, with a frothy pillowy tan head, with a nice earthy funky bretty, yeasty, fruity woody red wine tannin nose, with some mild musty red grape, berry, black coffee, roasted, chocolate, black, toasted malt accents, with a dusty, chocolate chip cookie dough, burnt toast note in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a warmth, yeasty funky, bretty, winey woody tannin, iron, musty red berry, black, roasted, chocolate, toasted malty character, with some dark bitter chocolate baking bar, black coffee, burnt toast flavours, with a molasses, licorice undertone, leading towards a warming, yeasty, bretyy, funky, wood tannin wineyness, musty berry fruitiness, lingering roasty bitterness finish. dark brown, thin cream head, large bubbles. Lots of coffee rounded with fruit, red berries, earthy and balanced. Flavor very balanced, plum and cherry brownie with clay mid, awesome Brett, acetic, and cocoa finish, lightest coffee roast. Reminds of drinking the tolcomotto stout over the Stockholm harbor sunrise at 130am with ohmper. God damn, exceeds -the style’s bar--madrugada--and on par my best memories of P4.
