VIII. Black colour, small beige head. Aroma is tart wood, some herbs and wooden notes. Flavour is liquorice, tart wood, some liquorice and quite big on the sourness. Interesting attempt, but a bit too strange for me.

Lightly acetic with notwe of coffee. Dominated by the barrel flavours. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 11, 2013
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a deep dark brown with a reddish hue and a rough, beige head. Thick Brett aroma, quite some barnyard - and very little roast. Medium body, tart and woody with great Brett accents. Very little Stout character left, but quite a wonderful beer. 110113 madmitch76 (24791) - , Essex, ENGLAND - SEP 8, 2012
