Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a deep dark brown with a reddish hue and a rough, beige head. Thick Brett aroma, quite some barnyard - and very little roast. Medium body, tart and woody with great Brett accents. Very little Stout character left, but quite a wonderful beer. 110113 Leighton (22306) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 8, 2012
On tap at King William IV, London. Pours dark brown with a creamy, beige head. Big sour nose, some dark berries and dark malts. Medium sweet flavor, moderately tart with faint roast, some brett bite. Medium to full bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Lightly warming finish with more tart berries, restrained roasted malts, definite brett tang, some dark grapes. Great stuff. The brett adds a distinctive freshness. Rasmus40 (21988) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - OCT 30, 2012

Leicht säuerlicher Malzantrunk mit deutlichen Noten der Fasslagerung. Intensiv malzig, die Säuerlichkeit ist aber intensiver. Rund, wenig alkoholisch. Trockener Abgang mit weinartigen Aromen. 9/11/11/12/10//10 fiulijn (21214) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 14, 2013

Black color with small beige creamy head. Nice aroma, roasted malt, vinous; but also some chemicals, glue, cardboard; very light vanilla. Good body structure; the mouthfeel is lean and quite dry; roasted malt flavor, with a bit too much acidity, wine character, some astringency, tannins, and correct bitterness.
Keg at Witterfest (Fano meet the brewer), King William IV - 20/08/12.
Very dark brown with a thin tan head.
All brett nose, hard to pick anything else out - fantastic ! A little sweet malt at the rear.
Hops come through in the taste with caramel and malt, brett still well represented but more in the background. Chocolate and a little wood in there.
Medium bodied with an excellent creamy feel. harrisoni (19332) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - OCT 25, 2012
