On tap at Of Love and Regret in Baltimore. Pours dark brown. Very sweet. This is a nice beer but too sweet. hypn0toad (267) - Maryland, USA - JUN 2, 2012
Wow! This is great . Tastes very similar to fat tire, but is a bit more sharp. Maybe bitter but sharp sounds better. I like it, and I’m outside too! nuplastikk (6514) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 7, 2011
Draft at PP. Wow. Reminiscent of Fantome. Brown-black with a lacy white head. Sort of like a dark Saison, with some chocolate malt balanced out by mellow sour tones. Incredibly drinkable. Call me a homer but this is awesome. Skinnyviking (9767) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 10, 2011
Draught. Low fluffy off-white and quickly disappearing head. Clear very dark red brown body. Acidic grapefruit lemon aroma. Highly carbonated acidic grapefruit cocoa hoppy flavor. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste. Alcohol well hidden. ekstedt (7013) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUN 25, 2011

Pours from the cask with a nice amber-brown color. Good white head and some nice lacing. The nose brings some light sweetness, honey, and a bit of spice. The taste is pretty light with a bit of sweetness. Feel is good with really nice carbonation and combines spice with the sugar quite well. Drinks nicely and is toward the better end of the Biere de Garde spectrum.

Dark amber, thin off white creamy head. Herbal earth and fruity-like notes warm to touches of white pepper. Rustic earthiness and peppery hop flavors round with a touch of sweet yeast and spice. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bittersweet finish. Was a great way to kick off this series…
