Tap at Spuyten Duyvil. Hazy golden pour. The nose is bright and funky. Lots of earthy, cheesy funk. A kiss of light yeasty phenolics and lots of bright fruit as well. On tap at Spuyten Duyvil for the Stillwater event. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Beautiful light golden haze. Lovely soft funk, wood, some hints of cedar and spice. Tangy and tart. Tap at Spuyten Duyvil. Musky old cellar, cheese, dung, nice lactic sourness in the aroma. Slight carbonation. Good graininess in the flavor up front, with a nicely sour finish. White grape, white bread, full bodied, with a slightly watery but appropriate finish. Excellent.

Tap at Spuyten Duyvil: golden fading head. Tart aroma, slightly acetone like with an old sock must. Slick acidic body. Peanut brittle undertones, acetone notes and a citric acidity. Not bad, could be a bit less solventy.
