This poured a clear darker ywellow color with a white head. Aroma wwas pale and grainy malt, light herbal hops, and spicey brett. Flavor was wer emuch the same, a good amount of brett in here and spice, but the corn and rice realy make this one weird.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2015 At Fountainhead. Both good and also not to my liking. The brett. added and interesting twist but the corn and rise gave it weird adjuncty flavor. However alot is delivered for such a low ABV Serving: Tap

Serving: 750 ml bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a hazy yellow with a huge rocky white head. The nose is dusty yeast with some light brett and grass notes. The flavor has a bretty twang up front with some yeast, pilsner malt, and finishing with a slightly sour touch. Light in body with a pretty clean finish. I could drink this brew all day long. Definitely worth a go.

A hazed blonde ale with a thick frothy lacing off white. In aroma, a nice perfumey malt with light curacao and Brett, nice and creamy. In mouth, a nice silky malt with light citrus notes, light Brett, nice, smooth and silky. On tap at Farmhouse Tap and Grill, April 7, 2012.

750 mL bottle from Charleston Beer Exchange. Gusher. Pours a hazy straw color with a large pillowy white head. Good head retention. Lots of brett in the aroma with bright citrus notes and a faintly sweet bready finish. The taste is citrus, brett, earthy notes, bready malts and a hoppy finish. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

Several bottles at Ginger Man. The aroma has a lot of bright Brett character. Dry and flinty with a lot of bright pineapple character and some bright fruit and a little bit of soft light fruit. There is a touch of soft sweetness on the back that I didn’t expect but kind of works. Lemony and fresh with a lot of light flinty flavour. Tasty.

Bottle. Pale golden/straw beer with a big white head. Tart/brett aroma with grain and light earth and tropical fruit. Tart and grain flavor with some frutiiness. Medium bodied. Grain and tartness lingers with earthiness and spice. Finishes dry.

Smells outstanding! Definite wild ale smell. Pours murky yellow with thick, beautiful head. Tastes clean and crisp, with bitter notes, and a mildly sweet. Very well balanced. Slightly sticky finish.

On tap and listed as stillwater premium pilsner so I guess this is where she goes. From the start this was a really fun beer. Cloudy almost white perhaps light vanilla color. The bar called it a pilsner and its listed as a specialty grain but I think its a saison. Very uncivilized and farmy all over. Funky back yard after a green grass rain overwhelms. Quite entertaining fer sure. This was an unexpected pleasure floating around in a sesspool of ipa taps, wew. Easy and friendly finish, just the right amount of tartness to make you wonder if it was there or not. Yes, overall fun beer experience, thanks!

Draught at Bangers & Lace. Cloudy yellow - white head. Nice bretty notes. Spicy. Light bitterness. Flowery notes. Zesty. Nice pleasant. Lovely freshness.
