650ml bottle. Pours a hazy pale straw yellow, with a large white head, which lasts reasonably well and leaves decent lacing. Sour brettanomyces notes in the aroma mix with green apple and corn to create a strange blend. Sour notes up front mix with grapefruit hops. Tart apple and grainy corn come into the mid-palate, with some spicy and sour yeast characteristics in the finish. This definitely the strangest beer I have had in a while, with the grainy corn flavour and sour notes making a very odd combination, like a weird blend of cheap lager and wild ale. Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy straw yellow pour with tight white foam head, funky zesty citrus aroma, sour farmyard funk in the taste with a nice zesty citrus background, slightly metallic must be the brett, some spicy herb action. Gription79 (2892) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - APR 20, 2013
Poured from a 750ml bottle. Pours cloudy straw with an abundance of head. The aroma is funky, fruity, earthy, brettanomyces in this for sure. The flavor is yeast driven, the malt flavors are minimal. A great low alcohol wild ale. This is what I like. crossovert (14128) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 16, 2013
Tastes like a wheaty, corny lemon drop candy, very light in body, like an american pale wheat with more adjuncts.

Personal stats: Bottle from Ølhandleriet (Mathallen) in Oslo, Norway
Old rate I found in my notes from last year. How did I miss it!!? Poured a milky yellow body with an average foamy white head. Aroma is damn good, lots of funky brett, slightly tart sourness, hint of spanish olives. Thin bodied with stingy strong carbonation and a quick fading aftertaste. The flavor is nowhere near as strong or funky as the aroma, notes of grains, dry toast, brett, lemon peel, and a bit more funk and barnyard towards the end. Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours an opaque almost milky white with a dense white head. Citrusy and bretty nose, very yeasty. Light body, very dry - almost astringent - with a massive yeastiness and a very bitter finish. 060413 saxo (19569) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - APR 6, 2013
Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy pale yellow. Aroma and taste are brett, peppercorn, citrus, malt and fruits. More like a saison.
