650ml bottle. Pours a hazy pale straw yellow, with a large white head, which lasts reasonably well and leaves decent lacing. Sour brettanomyces notes in the aroma mix with green apple and corn to create a strange blend. Sour notes up front mix with grapefruit hops. Tart apple and grainy corn come into the mid-palate, with some spicy and sour yeast characteristics in the finish. This definitely the strangest beer I have had in a while, with the grainy corn flavour and sour notes making a very odd combination, like a weird blend of cheap lager and wild ale.
Slightly hazy straw gold with a foamy white head that lingers a long while. Big estery bretty funk and farmhouse earthiness on the nose. Crisp gold German malt with a load of Belgian dusty ester with loads of funky brett and a dry finish. Bubbly and funky bretty. GTAEgeek (2183) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - SEP 20, 2016
22 oz. bottle. Pours pale, hazy yellow, with a huge, bubbly, white head. Bitter orange rind, sourdough bread, hard cheese, and sage. Pretty dry flavor, lightly bitter, and just a touch tart. Light body, silky, a bit effervescent, and clean. This is a dry, brett-forward beer. Refreshing and clean, but a little funky and mild. arn8897 (389) - Trenton, Ohio, USA - SEP 5, 2016
Pours very cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aromas of citrus and banana. Taste the same with some ipa notes and a little hefewiesen flavor also. A little bitter on the finish. Pinball (12060) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 22, 2016
clear yellow, huge creamy white head.
super nice dry wild yeaty aroma with a little bit of a citrussy note to it. Long time since i sampled a bretty borne aroma this good.
flavor is yeasty, bretty, somewhat watery, floral, it’s fine, but a bit boring. Quite well balanced. Bottle is kinda old, but it has ages beautifully. gam (3909) - brisbane, AUSTRALIA - MAR 13, 2016

Shared 22 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy pale golden with a big, fizzy, frothy white head that has good retention. Aroma is straw and is very fruity with some Brett funkiness. Taste is citrus, peach, lemon, and white grapes with grass and some barnyard. Deep down, it’s almost a bit pilsner-like. Mild sourness. High level of carbonation. Light-bodied but really has a lot going on; complex. Extremely drinkable. Very good. darbeer75 (887) - Round Rock, Texas, USA - FEB 27, 2016
Aroma: funky, sour, lemony; Appearance: hazy, light yellow with billowy white head that dissipates fairly quickly; some lacing; Taste: bitter, crisp, acidic, not particularly fruity; very nice; Palate: light bodied with short, bitter/funky finish; Overall: very similar to saisons we’ve had; very refreshing; would buy again. woodychevy (874) - - JAN 20, 2016
Bottle shared at Indian night. Best beer of the evening. Dirty/ hazy yellow pour- big fluffy white head. Super funk, barnyard, grass. Tart and crisp. Sour saison is an apt deScription. Lemon and a bit of yeast. But not yeast-y. Could even be called clean despite funk that goes for days. Loved it. alex_leit (3651) - Minsk, BELARUS - JAN 6, 2016
Bottle. Cloudy milky yellow color with good white foam. Aroma: wild, pear, pharmacy, aspirin, malt, fruit and candy. Taste: slightly sour, aspirin, hop bitterness, yeast, candy, slightly citrus, pear. corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 14, 2015
Pours a hazy bright golden yellow color with a one finger white head that quickly settles into a lasting ring. Spotty lacing left behind.
Funky sulfuric aroma with hints of egg salad and fart along with musty bugs and light fruit. The sulfuric presence is really strong and pretty unpleasant but there is a musty, earthy brett presence and light fruit esters balancing things out. Subtle grainy adjunct presence as well.
Slightly funky but light bodied and much easier to drink than anticipated. Dry and earthy with subtle wood and sulfur along with funky bugs and light fruit notes. Decent dry brett presence with a touch of sulfuric funk followed by grainy adjuncts as well as some apple and pear sweetness.
