I think this is fantastic. The aroma is fruity with some hops. This taste like a fruity hoppy saison and I really really love it!

Smells spice with an earthy scent. Pearlescent gold with foamy yellow tinted white head. If a great saison and an incredible pale ale had a beautiful baby beer, this would be it. Smooth begining slides in then fades a bit to a warm Hoppy bitterness and both flavors melds. Amazing .

Draft at Jerry’s. Pale yellow with frothy, creamy white head, fine lacing / Dry, elegant nose of straw, citrus & tropical fruit, bologna, wildflower / Medium body, fruity, moderate sweetness but excellent, hoppy balance, nice bitter finish / Flavors of cream, straw, delicate banana, pear, lemon, bubblegum, wildflower / Just a perfect, blonde ale.

Bottle from Meditrina. Hazy golden straw with white head and lace. Zesty lemony citrus spice aroma without being overly fruit juicy -- hard to describe but pretty much my favorite aroma other than smoke. Tropical fruit apricot pineapple sweetness with some grassiness and citrus finish that is dry but not especially bitter. Medium light and lively body. This is a hybrid Belgo-IPA, I guess, though I think it leans more toward IPA. Neverthless, one of my favorite styles and a fucking delicious interpretation. MOAR!

Why Can’t IBU has an extremely thick, spongy, slightly off-white head, an opaque, gold-orange appearance, with fierce, tight bubble streams. The aroma is of orange peel, fruit juice, spices, and mild barley malts. Taste is of those elements, with some lower-level bitterness, white pepper, spiced white holiday bread, and citrus pith. Mouthfeel is high medium, and Why Can’t IBU finishes on the dry side. Refreshing. RJT

Pale golden with a frothy head. The aroma of a Belgian. The perfect balance of biscuity malt with citrusy hops. A great example of US meets Belgian.

12 oz. bottle bought at Mitsuya’s Liquor in Asagaya, Tokyo. Poured into a snifter. Beautiful hazy, honey and pumpkin color. Huge soapy foam head. Intense white grapefruit, lemon zest and funky yeast aroma. Medium carbonation. Strong hop taste on palate with a long-lating resiny taste from the hops. Really well balanced and not overly hoppy. As it comes to room temperature, a strong yeast (Brett?) aroma and flavor emerges. Excellent slow burner beer.

Bottle. Starts with a nice pale crispiness then turns fruity with notes of tangerine and lime. Ends with a distinct and quenching bitterness and a nice dryness. Very hoppy without being one dimensional. Superb stuff!
