Game play Game on! Version 1.0 of a US-style west coast IPA. The big bitterness delivers with a hi-def hop flavour, balanced by a sweet malt character. The one’s a gamer’s delight

Slightly sweet but very drinkable. Lemongrass and lime with a tropical flavour. Pretty hoppy and very nice

Pours an opaque golden with a lacy white head. Nose is pineapple and pine. Taste is upfront pine, slight resin through to pineapple and stonefruit. Malt coming through in the finish is quite sweet, would get sickly after more than one beer. Very fine carbonation and thin mouthfeel. About par for an IPA.

Dandm (125) - AUSTRALIA - MAR 30, 2017
Bottle at Town and Country in Sydney.

Pours nice golden blonde with average head. Fruity sweet aroma, fresh and bitter. Nice bitter aftertaste. Not difficult but fairly exotic.

Dredd (975) - Bentleigh, AUSTRALIA - MAR 23, 2017
Hazy straw pour, faint citrus and tropical fruit aroma, nice malty notes and slightly mandarin hop finish, most likely thanks to the citra hops. Not as much of a hop bomb as most IPA’s going around at the moment.

TedE (1498) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - MAR 19, 2017
330ml bottle into pint glass. From Oldfield Cellars, Gosford. Nose is pineapple with a touch of pine. Pours a cloudy amber with a solid white head. Effervescent with many tiny bubbles. Full-bodied, oily texture. Bitter taste then a nutty, piney finish.Malt background. Solid IPA (and a treat after having nothing to drink but Carlsberg or Crown Lager all weekend!).

macca147 (627) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JAN 29, 2017
UPDATED: FEB 27, 2017 Bottle. 330ml. Pours a deep straw gold, with a thin head. Aroma: faint citrus, pine and passionfruit overtones. Taste: strong hoppy flavours and bitternesss initially, followed by strong citrus and pine flavours. This brew is dominated by the hops. Mild malt flavours provide balance. Finishes cleanly on the palate. Good brew, and quite sessionable (though at 6.5% it is relatively strong), but nothing amazing.

Light gold pour with a soapy white head. Stone fruit, pine, caramel and a bit of grass on the nose. Taste is pretty big bitterness up front, biscuity malt, orange, peach, pine.

From bottle in IPA glass. Pours faintly hazy amber with average head and piney hop nose from the Cascade with a bit of citrus from the Citra. Malts (rye and vienna) take a back seat to hops in this one. A bit of orange peel type bitterness on the palate. Zesty one.
