Bottle from Biernavigatie. Aroma is very herbal with thyme, sage, grassy, yeast, lemon, green tea, mint, bittering hops, and light biscuity malt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a fairly dry medium bitter finish. Body is medium. Very herbal, not quite they way I prefer my Saison, but this is well-brewed stuff. kajser27 (2046) - Zagreb, CROATIA - AUG 23, 2017
Unclear, golden-yellow colored, medium frothy white head, nice lacing. Aroma is of some malt, fruity, herbal, spicy notes, yeasty. Taste is medium sweet malt, bit caramel, some fruits, lemony, medium herbal and spicy notes, straw, rosemary, yeast, medium spicy bitterness, dryish finish. Medium bodied, average carbonation, silky.

Vom Fass Stone Brewing Berlin 2016-10 getrunken. Jedes Jahr treffen die 3 Brauer sich um dieses Bier zu brauen. Raus kommt ein leckeres Saison. Drperky76 (34) - - JUL 31, 2017
Why did I think a beer brewed with parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme would taste good? Drinking this is like getting simoned right in the garfunkel.

15/VII/17 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ post-Billies cool-down at 77ships’ place (Antwerpen) - BB: n/a, bottled: II/18/16 (2017-1030) Alengrin (5727) - BELGIUM - JUL 19, 2017
Clear blond to light orange beer, irregular off-white head, very stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, bit of melons, banana peel, yeasty, bit sweet. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sweet, pretty bitter, fruity, citrus, bit lemony, very grassy, chemical bitterness, orange peel, yeasty. Aftertaste: more dirty (dead?) yeast, alcohol, unpleasant bitterness.
Spiced (or rather ’herbed’) saison-style ale made in collaboration of three of America’s big and very influential names in the world of craft breweries, bottle at 77ships’s place, cheers. Thick, frothy, egg-white, stable head, hazy peach blonde robe with orangey tinge. Aroma of wet leather, unripe peach, green peppercorns, parsley, damp hay, stale urine but not in a bad way, soap, green tea, camomile, turnip - with thyme, rosemary and sage effectuating a ’dry green’ herbal note but hardly distinguishable from one another. Crisp fruity onset, peachy and pineapple-like sweetish notes, sourish touch as well, softish carbo, supple mouthfeel; bready maltiness sustains an earthy presence of the green herbs as well as something green tea-like in the finish, mildly bittering. Accomplished, no surprise seen its pedigree, and way more pleasant than expected based on the list of herbs - though I think adding four different ones is a bit unnecessary. pintbypint (3840) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 18, 2017
12oz brown bottle shared at RBAG ’17. Golden and hazy with barely any head. Nose - biscuit, wood, toasty, spices. Taste - grain, toast, spices. Mild, but interesting saison. SaintMatty (7529) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - JUL 18, 2017
355ml Bottle - Light amber in colour. Peach, rosemary, thyme and lemon in the aroma. Herbal and fairly sweet taste with notes of Earl Grey tea, lemon and thyme standing out. Nice at first but becomes a bit sickly after a while. 77ships (11056) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JUL 16, 2017
Thank you tderoeck! Late night tasting @ home. 355 ml. bottle sampled. 18 FEB 2016 bottled. Hazy orange, creamy white head. Nose is massive chemical Belgian with green spices, thyme, rosemary, coriander seeds, green paprika, whatever,… Taste is soap, BE, vanilla sweetness with some sugar, candy & green kitchen spices, thyme, rosemary, basil, coriander seeds etc,… Heavy on top,… Body is sweet soap,… Not the best base but not bad either with huge amount of silly spices, not bad, funny beer.
