Aroma and flavor is bananas/bubblegum, Belgian tripel yeast and a mix of spices, hops and alcohol in the finish. JPDIPSO (6298) - Wauwatosa, USA - NOV 5, 2016
Lightly hazed golden color with a modest off-white head. Pure light malt sweetness in the aroma. A mild floral (honeysuckle) and herbal (cloves and cardamom) backdrop. Mild attic and clover honey. Sweet malt goodness in the front. Mild citrus and spice balance things out. Mildly acidic. Finish has a crisp pale malt and bit of wintergreen. Soft to nearly watery on the palate, but it does glide by well. My kind of Belgian tripel/strong.

Golden blonde, smells like bananas and spiced lightly. Yeasty flavour, very rich and belgian tasting, slight sweetness, extremely good. smaynard6000 (1266) - Apopka, Florida, USA - JAN 21, 2017
Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with generous tan head. Heavy banana aroma. Spicy with banana and a bit of orange peel. Lingering spicy flavor. Very good. Heidbummer (977) - SCOTLAND - MAY 8, 2017
Draft Brewdog Edinburgh. I love this. Big Belgian aroma and taste. Exceptionally dry, but nice notes of hay, wood, toffee popcorn. Really well made. Like a pimped up Cali-Belgique. Yummy.

An Imperial White Ale (or a Double White), with an I.B.U. around the 45-50 range. Only 300 cases produced. Somewhat sweet initially. Finish was bitter with a fairly aggressive hop bite. I drank it young. Couldn't wait until 2012. Vac (2445) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 14, 2003
Thank you Beardedbastard, I never thought I would have tried this beer if you hadn't been so kind to bring one to the SoCal Gathering. This slightly cloudy golden elixir is topped by a medium thick head with a good amount of lacing left behind. The aroma is slightly sweet and fruity (raspberry, lemon) with a sour note and a slight yestiness. The flavor is slighlty sour yet slightly bitter with a slight fruitiness and a slight sweetness. Medium bodied and dry. Nuffield (4245) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - JUN 11, 2006
I thought for sure that I had had this. Attractive, moderately-sized carbonation, in a clinging white head on a hazy dark yellow body. Beautiful aroma--flowers so big I might have to shoo away bees in a minute, plus bubblegum, canteloupe, banana, a touch of coconut, and good yeast influence. Easy drinking, with a sophisticated touch at the end.
