Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Shachar. Hazy orange with a white head. Really spicy aroma with some malty notes and fruits. Spicy flavor with lots of vanilla, fruits and some piney hops. Medium-bodied. 5/3/5/3/10=2.6
Bottle. Poured a dark amber with a medium white head. Good complex aroma of malt and citrus. Medium body. Very good flavor of malt and citrus with a long balanced finish. As good or better then 2005. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - MAY 8, 2004
Golden particulate-filled body topped by big off-white head. Aroma is banana, some clove. Taste is medium sweet, banana, coriander, finishing with alcohol, giving the impression of a banana liqueur. Medium-full body. I will be curious to see how this will age, but at this point I am not overly impressed. Lubiere (14115) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 15, 2005
Lightly hazy golden ale with a no head. Tangerine spicey malt with honey notes in aroma. Very restrained in mouth, but classy, with notes of ginger, coriander, and honey. Upon reading the bottle, I note the limeleaves in mouth. Nice lingering sustained hops. Very good. (Spring 2005)

22 ounce bottle at the Relentless Thirst Gathering in Richmond, VA, 8.29.09. A totally unintentional 2100th rating. Cool. Pours a clear golden amber color with a thin head. Syrupy honeyish aroma with spicy and nutty notes. Taste is honey, bread, peppery spice and leafy notes. Also some toastiness and fruitiness. Medium bodied, BeerandBlues2 (13654) - Escondido, California, USA - OCT 14, 2006
Bottle from moejuck. Pours copper with champaigne-like bubbles, a tall frothy off-white head that becomes rocky and has good retention, lined lacing. Aroma is malt (meal, cardboard, biscuit), yeast (grass), fruit (banana, apple, pear, peach) and perfumey flowers. Moderately bitter and heavy acidity, earthy and dirty malt and yeast, flowers and alcohol with a floral hop finish. Medium bodied, dry and fizzy-spicy palate. Dogbrick (13389) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - SEP 5, 2004
This beer is a rich yellowish-gold color with a medium thick white head and fair lacing. The aroma is very kinetic - spice, yeast, banana and hops abound. Medium-bodied, with a flavor reminiscent of both a Belgian and a strong Hefe. Citrus, spice, hops and bananas all vie for attention. There is almost too much going on in the flavor. Spicy alcohol and sweet fruit and yeast in the finish. I liked this one substancially more than the 03.03.03, but I think it would improve a bit with more age. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - NOV 13, 2005
(Bottle) Pours a lightly cloudy golden body with a small off-white head. Aroma of mustiness and lime. Flavor of orange, herbal tea, banana, and cloves. hopdog (12816) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 16, 2005
UPDATED: JUL 1, 2005 Poured a medium golden-yellow color with a smaller white head. Aromas and tastes of spices and fruits (bananas). Some yeast as well.
Additional notes from re-tasting done on 6/31. Poured clear and see through. Definitely picked up the lime aroma this time around. Scored the same.
