Bottle from Party Source, KY. Poured clear copper color with medium fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Aroma was complex sweet malty yeasty. Medium body. Medium fruity flavor with medium bittersweet with small alcohol bite finish. Good brew worth trying with some age. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - JUL 8, 2007

Do I have the patience to wait five years for the second bottle? Probably not. Both bottles from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville. Pours a light amber with small head and minimal lacing. Yeasty aroma, but sadly it takes on the character of that fruit cocktail crap from elementary school. Taste is very strong pineapple with some background spice. I’m not loving this. Guess that will make it easier to wait 5 years! BeerandBlues2 (13669) - Escondido, California, USA - JUL 4, 2007
Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, hay, straw), average hops (herbs, grass), heavy yeast (barnyard, earth), with notes of alcohol, peach and coriander. Medium bodied, alcoholic texture, lively carbonation and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness. bierkoning (13491) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - SEP 10, 2007
3rd LCRBM. Golden color. Ginger aroma. Lemon aroma and flavor. Sweet flavor in which pineapple esters are present. Disappointing.
