(Bottle) Pours a lightly hazy orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma of orange/grapefruit peel, coriander, peach, apricot, ginger, and clove. Flavor of orange peel, yeast, coriander, light ginger, cardamom, grass, and other herbs. Age has probably done this one some good. thewolf (12535) - Kolding, DENMARK - FEB 24, 2009

[thank you, Myrup]
Pours lightly hazy golden with an impressive, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is soft, nots of liqourice and peppermint, oranges, light alcohol and sweet biscuity malts. A touch of pineapple in the end. Super nice, creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly spicy, some coriander, ginger and vanilla. Sweet and lightly grainy, doughy malts. Some apples. Wow, this is really nice and soooooo greatly balanced.
22oz bottle-pours a disappearing white head and amber color. Aroma is spicy, wood, some medium malt-caramel, yeast. Taste is plenty of spicy-clove, wood, some medium malt-caramel/rock candy, citrus, yeast, alcohol. Interesting. Occasional, sipping. OK effervescence. Thanks to Joe-jwc215 for picking this out. hopdog (12356) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 31, 2012

"nice and dry, which ends up being quite the pleasant mouthfeel. sampled 1/09 and it aged quite well...and was exceptional aged in red wine barrels for eight months!"

Bottle shared by Tim, thanks! Pours a clear orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has ripe fruit with grass and a bit of musty grain. Flavor has notes of apple with a bit of grass and musty grain backing. hopscotch (11049) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUL 29, 2007
Bottle... O-Town Throwdown Part Deux... Clear, light amber ale with a mid-sized, frothy, off-white head. Nice, but odd, herbal aroma offers up notes of lavender, clove and pale grains. Moderately sweet, lightly acidic and mildly bitter with orange peel, grass, peach and clove. A touch hot. Full-bodied and watery with tingly carbonation. Tangy, minerally, bone-dry finish. Thanks to DragonStout for sharing this bottle!
