Deep rich delicious golden Belgian very reminiscent of the Stone 040404. No banana but still the excellent Belgian tripple yeast, and instead of lime leaf you get a more mild broader fruity mix. Less coriander, but the mix of ginger and cardamom gives a similar sweetness.
I previously said the Stone 040404 was the best beer I ever had, I think the Stone 070707 just beat it. Its going to be hard to resist drinking these. obxdude10 (2324) - Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 23, 2007

Wow, almost like a hoopy belgian Tripel. I had a hard time drinking this beer, almost a buttery taste somewhere hidden in there. Very odd indeed, this will be a nifty little treat to taste in a few yearsI think, as I think this will be more like a THA. GreenDragon (219) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 25, 2008
Pours a cloudy yellow-orange with almost no head. Syrupy thick body. Fruity aroma with some hops, malt and candy. Hoppy bitter taste giving way to an amazingly flavorful sharp fruity taste. Sweet malty and spicy notes. Absolutely amazing. Warm thick body with a great lingering taste, makes my mouth water. wedgie9 (2702) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JAN 18, 2010
Pours an orange color with white minimal head. There is some sediment. Primary aromas of ginger and orange peel. Secondary aromas of mango, white peppercorn, apricot, and coriander. Very fruity on the palate. Apricot, peach, orange, and ginger. The aftertaste is dominated by pineapple. The body is medium, but the overall feel is bright, due to the weighty carbonation. The aftertaste is medium length with pineapple and ginger. Overall, this is a really fun beer. Rather complex on every level, and worthy of aging even longer.

Had at rattle and hum with James and andrew for the stone event. Pour is a nice clear orange with lacing white head. Aroma is nice pine hops. Flavor is butter hops with nice floral tastes. Sweet brew. Duhast500 (414) - Cumberland, Rhode Island, USA - OCT 10, 2010
Poured from 1pt. 6oz. bottle into a Harpoon 100 Barrel Series Tulip glass.
The color is cloudy orange/amber with two and half fingers of foamy white head and some slight lacing.
The smell is a good Belgian type aroma, something like a triple would be. It also has a nice spicy aroma that smells a bit like fruit flavored candy like sweet tarts.
The taste has a nice citrus kick at first with some nice Saison spice flavor. There is a nice grainy flavor that is keeping the flavor well formed.
The texture of this beer is pretty interesting and seems to lay on your tongue for just the right amount of time. It is smooth and very well balanced. This beer goes down well and is refreshing with a slight bite. NeoHippie2 (1074) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - JAN 28, 2014
Hazy golden pour, lots of citrus and some yeast notes on the nose. Flavor is citrus peel and candied ginger with notes of honey coming through as well. This one was very drinkable, the abv was very well hidden, and the flavors were well balanced and complex. Delicious. Props to Sloth and StFun for hooking me up with this series! Aroma: Intense, concentrated bouquet of candied ginger and herbs, orange and orange peel.
Palate: Full body
Flavor: Honeyed ginger, herb--cardamon, floral citrus, more honey. Long, long finish.
Comment: Great integration and full flavor and mouth feel, Though I have never tried a young version of this, I imagine that the fruit and sweetness has dried out considerable and it a good way.
