Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy hoppy, orange, spicy, coriander ? moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration, and a spicy finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a sweetish malty spicy aroma with some yeasty hints. Sweetish malty spicy flavor with hints of yeast and some hints of citrus. Has a sweetish malty and warming spicy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Draught at Churchkey. Clear golden color. Aroma of orange peel, taste is bitter but has decent complexity. Nice enough.

31st July 2010. ChrisO’s ’Raise The Roof’ tasting. Clear gold beer with a good sized off white head. Light soft palate. Toffee malt with a little hop. A little brandy. Finishes soft and dry. Nice.
