Dark brown/red color with a small head. Light peppery aroma with banana notes. Very raw pepper flavor, like drinking a non-spicy pepper puree. Light caramel malt. Fairly yeasty. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - DEC 27, 2011
Draught. Pours brown with a tan head. Smells of cinnamon, clove, bananas. Tastes of cinnamon, some bite from the chilis, caramel, some spicy elements and more cinnamon on the finish. Oscbert (1319) - Lincoln, California, USA - DEC 26, 2011
~Bready banana aroma and perfumy clove spiciness, light green chilies
~Pours a murky reddish brown with small lasting yellowish head.
~Can taste the chili flavor, but it isn’t hot. Peppery spiciness, clove, Yeast phenolics are fairly strong.
~Med body, med high CO2, harsh spicy finish, bitter lingering is not pleasant.
~Not really a fan of the yeast on this one. Too spicy and some harshness. Interesting beer. On border of being something good and something I don’t like.. Ernest (7793) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 26, 2011
Head is initially small, frothy, light brown, mostly diminishing.
Body is medium to dark brown.
Aroma is moderately malty (toasted grain, caramel), lightly yeasty (basement), with notes of metal, alcohol, banana, clove, orange peel.
Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter.
Medium to full body, watery texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic, metallic.
Generic, boozy, and quite metallic. raphael (1288) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 26, 2011
Smelling cinnamon, coca cola, fresh green peppers, oak. I taste coca cola, alcohol, green hops, a bitterness not quite citrus. almost no head over clear darkish amber. flat and bitter in the mouth. Beer as apertif? Parts not coming together. an intersting mish-mash though

Pours a amber to brow. Generous white to off white head. A sour raisiny malt carries into an interesting jalapeño note. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - DEC 25, 2011
Bomber from Leukens Oldsmar. Pours a dark caramel amber with an off-white head. Nose is Belgian yeast with plenty of banana, earthy peppers, a little bit of heat, sweet malt, and cocoa. Flavor is a burst of bananapesque Belgian yeast, followed by some sweet malts and earthy (not hot) peppers from mid to finish, but they are dwarfed by the Belgian yeast. The Belgian yeast dominates some of the aroma and most of the flavor. The yeast is like a ravenous child at a buffet table. Light to medium in body and not bad overall, but with a different yeast this one might be ground-breaking. jkwalking05 (4743) - Arlington, Texas, USA - DEC 25, 2011
Hazy copper in color with a decent sized off-white head. Aroma is of chili peppers, grass, cinnamon, ginger, light cheddar cheese. Taste is of spicy hops, caramel, fire roasted salsa, slight alcohol warmth. travita (5006) - Dallas, Texas, USA - DEC 25, 2011
Clear, copper colored, straw colored head. The smell is green chiles, sugary, yeast, spiced, cinammon, and fruit. The taste is chiles, slight chile, some warmth, veggie like, some spice, fruit, and yeast. wnoble (1251) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - DEC 24, 2011
Pours a clear amber with a soft brown head. Nose is banana and bitter orange peel up front then comes in with some earthy spice note. Flavor lends clove phenol and a serious amount of hop flavor on the side of citrus and tropical fruits. The belgain yeast spices blend in the cinnamon and pepper character. full body and creamy. Nice beer
